LOKI Crown made with EVA Foam & REAL GOLD as seen in the Marvel Studios Loki Series on Disney+

Hello Everyone! Here you can find how to make Loki's Crown out of EVA foam and apply real gold to the surface! This project was inspired by the new Disney+ series "Loki" and the iconic Tom Hiddleston who has embodied the role of Loki across several Marvel projects. This crown was seen in the promotional trailer and then made its appearance in Episode 5 on one of the variants.

I wanted to create a crown that would be fit for a God or a child of Odin to wear, so I coated the entire face of the crown in gold leaf. This video shows the steps used to apply and finish gold leaf. My reason for using real gold instead of spray paint was because gold leaf has more shine to the finish and really catches the light. 

This build is perfect for a cosplayer to add to their wardrobe and is also perfect for a collector who wants to display movie/tv memorabilia!
